AFAC Charity Banquet & Auction 2013
The Aiming for a Cure Foundation is pleased to announce that on March 16th, 2013, the 10th Annual Charity Banquet and Auction will once again be held at the Sheraton Iowa City Hotel located at 210 S. Dubuque Street.
The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. for viewing of silent and live auction items and a cash bar will be available. This charity auction is only available to those that have purchased a banquet ticket and seating is limited.

Following are a few of the details regarding the 2013 Charity Banquet and Auction.
- You can purchase tickets or sponsor the 2013 event online HERE
- We ask that you head into the banquet area by 6:00 p.m to ensure proper service for our hot meal.
- Please request the AFAC block when reserving your room.
- Room reservations can be made online at this Sheraton Hotels Website.
- You may also call 800.848.1335 to book your room.
- The reservation deadline to receive AFAC special pricing is February 19, 2013.
Anybody using a gift certificate for any portion of their hotel stay should use the call in method. Please inform the agent of the gift certificate at the time of booking.
My daughter was a recipient of your wonderful fundraising during her stem cell transplant. Dave explained briefly explained some of your fundraising to me. My husband and his friends like going to game feeds and I thought Dave had told me that you have one in the Spring. Is this what he was talking about or did I miss understand?
Is this open to the public, if they did not participate in the hunt? And if so how do I get tickets?
One more note…We can’t thank you enough for all that you do for All the families effected by cancer. It made a huge difference to us!!!
