The event is a two day pheasant hunt with sporting clays and lots of fun.
Each group of 4 hunters will be matched up with a Celebrity that is chosen on Friday night at the Draw party.
For the competitor in all of us, there is a point system and the winning team will receive prizes and recognition.
On Saturday night there will be a banquet at the Sheraton hotel followed by an Auction of items donated by various companies such as Apple Creek Gallery , Dupont Racing, Mathews, Benelli, Winchester, Pack Sack Canoe trips and many more.

On this web site you can purchase your 2007-hunting license. For non-residents hunters wanting to purchase your hunting license you will need to allow 1 week for mailing. This web site will walk you through step by step to get your license. If you are planning on hunting in the state just at Aiming for a Cure than you can purchase a non-resident hunting preserve license. This license allows you to hunt on any preserve in the state of Iowa and is good through Jan 10 of 2008. This license is also cheaper compared to the non-resident hunting license. The preserve license will cost $14.50 and the non-resident hunting is $89.00.
The privilege code for the non-resident hunting license is 015 and the habitat fee is 094, you will need both to hunt in the state. You will be ask for a privilege code or they may have the NR hunting preserve license option to pick.
